Special Education Teacher
We are seeking certified or certification-track special education teachers who are committed to delivering high-quality, individualized instruction in a collaborative, inclusive environment. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, flexible, and skilled at leading classroom staff while supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree (required)
Special Education certification or willingness to pursue
Experience with students with disabilities (preferred)
Strong classroom management and instructional design skills
Dedicated Aides (1:1 and 1:2 Support Roles)
Our Dedicated Aides serve as Social Coaches, Academic Support Staff, or Behavior Support Staff based on program needs and individual strengths. These roles are perfect for compassionate, energetic individuals who enjoy working hands-on with students and supporting them in all aspects of their school day.
Qualifications include:
High school diploma or GED (required)
Experience working with children or youth
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Physical ability to support student needs
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Behavior Interventionist
Join our K–5 team to support students with behavior needs using ABA-based strategies. You’ll work with teachers, families, and therapists to help kids learn safer, stronger skills.Duties & Responsiblities
Run behavior plans and track data (ABC, frequency, duration).
Teach replacement skills (social, self-regulation, routines).
Coach staff and families on strategies.
Attend IEP and team meetings and share progress.
Help prevent and de-escalate challenging behavior safely.
Must have
Bachelor’s degree (Special Ed, Psychology, ABA, or related).
Hands-on ABA / behavior-modification experience.
RBT experience or willingness to become RBT.
Understanding of IEPs and special-education teamwork.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
School (K–5) experience.
Experience with students on the autism spectrum.
